Submission to UN Committee on Racial Discrimination (CERD) with regard to the United Kingdom

Indigenous Peoples Links coordinated a submissions to the UN Committee on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination (CERD) 79th Session with regard to the United Kingdom’s responsibility to ensure respect for the rights of Indigenous Peoples overseas in the context of UK transnational corporations (TNC) activities impacting on them.

The UK will be reviewed on the 23rd and 24th of August 2011 and the concluding observations should be posted at the close of the session on the 2nd of September.
